Powered by a ZONSEN GB420 electric-start engine, the MechMaxx HPW40D Hot Water Pressure Washer delivers dependable power and strong hot water cleaning performance for demanding washdown jobs. With 3,500–4,000 PSI pressure, 4.0 GPM flow, and water temperature up to 200°F, it helps remove grease, oil, mud, grime, and heavy buildup more effectively than cold water alone.
The unit is equipped with a triplex plunger pump, diesel-fired heating system, and integrated control panel for stable pressure output and convenient hot water operation. It is suitable for farm, construction, industrial, fleet, and equipment maintenance applications.
Designed as a portable model, this pressure washer features a rugged powder-coated steel frame, 13" pneumatic tires, a handlebar, and a lift hook for easier movement, loading, and transport. Since it runs on gasoline, it can be used wherever a suitable water supply is available, with no external electrical power required.
NOTE!
- This machine DOES NOT COME WITH OIL AND GASOLINE in the engine. Before starting, fill the engine with both oil and gasoline. Refer to the engine manual for details.
- Maximum pump pressure is 4000 PSI, with the factory working pressure preset to about 3500 PSI.

The HPW40D runs a 13.4 HP ZONSEN GB420 electric-start engine and a triplex plunger pump for 3500-4000 PSI at 4.0 GPM, with a 350,700 BTU diesel burner heating water to 200°F for grease, tar, and stuck-on buildup. It rolls on 13-inch pneumatic tires and includes a hose reel to keep the line managed on the job.
